Koorosh Dehghan, Esq.

Koorosh Dehghan is an attorney barred in the states of Maryland and Florida (inactive in Florida).  He holds a J.D. (Juris Doctor) from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.  He has substantial experience advising start-up and growing businesses with their business and legal needs.  He takes the time to understand his clients' goals as well as business models used to achieve these goals.  He then strategically applies legal and business best practices to existing processes to help clients maximize profits & attain goals.

DB&LC welcomes both Maryland clients and clients from other states who have either Federal and Maryland legal concerns and other business and legal needs.  New clients are always welcome.  

Usually DB&LC performs work for its clients on an hourly rate basis.  However, on some occasions (mostly for incorporation work and drafting certain agreements), DB&LC will perform work on a flat-fee basis.  If you are interested in engaging DB&LC's services, you can review our Engagement Letter for more information about our fees and terms.
