Patent & Technology License Agreements

DB&LC is not a patent agent and Koorosh Dehghan is not a patent attorney.  As such DB&LC does not apply for or procure patents on behalf of its clients.  However, it does help its clients protect and license its patents.  DB&LC allows it clients to convey or transfer a portion of their rights in and to the patents or technology to a third party, while retaining ownership of the property themselves.  The following agreements can be used in licensing patents and/or technology in the US and worldwide:
